Kearny High’s boys soccer team is back on track after a disappointing experience at the Hudson County Championships. The close game at Red Bull Arena on October 19, with a final score of 2-1, left fans knowing that victory at the States is well within reach. That’s what we’re hoping for as the tournament progresses.
The boys have been dominating their recent games, starting with their first-round match at States, which ended with a resounding score of 7-1 against Paterson Kennedy. They continued their winning streak into the quarter-finals against West Orange, securing another impressive victory with a score of 3-0.
Tonight, at Kearny’s very own Harvey Field, the boys’ team will face Livingston at 7:00 p.m. We encourage everyone to come out and show their support for Kearny by cheering on the team!
