7:30 – Sign in to work.

 

8:00 – Shower or just brush teeth (depending on energy levels).

 

8:20 – Granola bar and instant iced coffee.

 

8:30 – Prep – grade, lesson plan, make materials, email students/parents/counselors/case 

managers

 

8:54 – 10:35 – Freshman English with Mrs. Dorney.  Discuss the writing process, tell students to turn cameras on (or off depending on internet connectivity issues), watch the spinning pinwheel 

of death while attempting to share an important document with the class.

 

10:35 – 11:10 – Simulate teachers lounge by watching the news and texting coworkers.

 

11:13 – 11:45 – More Freshman English with Mrs. Dorney.   Discuss the writing process, tell students to turn cameras on (or off depending on internet connectivity issues), watch the spinning pinwheel of death while attempting to share an important document with the class.

 

11:45 – 12:10 – Lunch time with my cat, Psych.  Fake chicken sandwich for me.  Fancy Feast for Psych.  

 

12:13 – 12:55 – Junior English.  Discuss the writing process, tell students to turn cameras on (or off depending on internet connectivity issues), watch the spinning pinwheel of death while attempting to share a different important document with the class.

 

12:55 – 1:40 – Lunch period.  Take a nap or finally shower (depending on energy levels).

 

1:40 – 2:40 – Ruin students’ days by emailing parents/guardians/counselors/case managers.  Post flex day attendance form and work.
