Concert Season!

Juliette Viera

Concert season has come back after two years of canceled social events and festivals. After refunds and disappointment within fans, artists and musicals have reopened again hoping to come back to the norm. However, regulations have been placed to maintain health safety since the COVID-19 has not vanished from our lives. These new strictly required regulations include:

  • Masks on for all throughout the event
  • Some states (NY especially) require covid vaccination
  • Socially distance
  • Temperature check
  • And etc.

Though the fun of live music is always a pleasure, especially the biggest music fans, many feel as if the new rules needing to be followed remove the fun of a live show.

One KHS student mentioned, “It’s stupid, big concert events are the reason we continue to have covid cases too”

Others disagree saying “glad that we at least try to reconnect with what we missed out on in 2020”

Some of the nearest upcoming concerts include:

  • Dua Lipa: The future nostalgia tour
