Prom season is here, with Junior Prom being on May 25th and Senior Prom being on June 13th, many people are starting to get creative on asking their dates to prom, also known as Promposals. Do you have someone in mind that you want to take, but have no idea how to ask, or where to get started? Here’s a list of Do’s and Don’ts before you ask your date!

Do take into consideration what they like 

Don’t peer pressure your date into saying yes

Do make a big gesture if that’s what they like 

Don’t make them feel uncomfortable when you’re asking 

Do make your promposal creative 

Don’t go over the top

Do be confident when asking 

Don’t plan anything last minute

Do have fun regardless if you go with friends or a date!
